Finding a Good Foot Fungus Cure

A foot fungus cure including toenail fungus depend on your willingness to follow a prescribed treatment plan to make it work. Foot fungus and nail fungus are very closely related and are growth that can end up being very painful if left without treatment.

A fungal infection however is not something you can simply take a pill for and it will miraculously be cured.

4. At a little baking soda to your shoes. This will change the pH level of your feet making it less hospitable for fungal growth. 5. Limit exposure to known fungus hangouts. If you already have a foot fungus like athletes feet, you'll notice that the skin between your toes and possibly other areas on your foot is flaky and scaly big-time.

The first thing you need to do is to soak your feet. This can be done while showering by simply plugging up the drain. (Be certain that it doesn't overflow the shower pan or bathtub)

Once your feet are fully hydrated, use a clean terry cloth towel and remove as much of the scaling and flaking skin. You'll need to collect this as it should be considered contagious, and you don't want others and your family to be infected.

At this point your feet are clean, well hydrated, and the fungus infected areas of your foot have been de-breeded. You can now use an over-the-counter topical ointment, especially made for athletes foot. You would simply apply liberally to the areas infected and wash your hands thoroughly.

For a more natural foot fungus cure, take your now clean feet and soak them in a 50-50 mixture of vinegar and water. The vinegar needs to be in natural vinegar, and not the processed stuff from the supermarket. A good place to get this vinegar is that the natural or health food store.

Within days your foot fungus will be noticeably clearer in continuing this process will result in complete cure. This will not however clear up any toenail fungus infection.
